This past year has been a big year. My daughter started High School....which freaked me out. But she is doing great. My son started a new Preschool and has been doing very well. On a down note, my husband lost his job back in June and still has not been able to get another. He sends out resume's daily and has gone on a few interviews. Usually the place is in the transition of doing something and wants to wait until after the first of the year.
For 2009 I hope for my husband to find a good job, my daughter to continue to excel in school. Another big year will be upon us, my son will be starting kindergarten. I hope that he breaks out of this shyness he has by then and is able to communicate to his teacher and friends better. I worry about the little guy.
I hope all have a great 2009!!
I am married, working mom to two children. They are 10 years apart. We have a dog named Mudge. I love to craft and sew, and I would love to do more with it. My extended family is big and we are all very close. I started the blog a few years ago and totally forgot about it. Now I have been following lots of sewing and crafting blogs and really getting the bug to do it more!

Christmas
We had a good Christmas. Pete and I did not get anything for each other, Just the kids. My mom got the family a Wii. It is soooo coool!!! Jessie and Jake both had a good Christmas.
Pete still has not been able to find a job. Several interviews....just no one is hiring at this time. Work for me is going. They reorganized our department. I am now working more closely to the underwriters, which is pretty cool. They really haven't defined our position yet. So the last few weeks I, myself, have been helping the others transition to their new positions and help with the overflow of work others have. After the first of the year the managers will assign the divisions leads (me and 4 others) to actually projects. Should be interesting.
